1. Service-Based Nature

All our offerings are digital and service-based, which involve time, expertise, and resources. Once work has started, costs are incurred immediately.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If the project has not yet started.
  • If cancellation is requested before any work, research, or design activity begins.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Work has already commenced.
  • Deliverables or drafts have been shared.
  • Delays are caused by lack of client communication or feedback.
  • The client changes requirements mid-project.

4. Partial Refunds

In rare cases, partial refunds may be considered based on:

  • Work completed
  • Resources used
  • Time invested

This decision will be at the sole discretion of The Branding Skroll.

5. Payment Disputes

Any payment-related concerns should be raised via email before initiating a chargeback. We encourage open communication to resolve issues amicably.
