Support Hours

Our standard support hours are:
Monday to Friday
Business Hours (IST)

For clients on maintenance or priority support plans, extended support may be available.

Response Time

  • General queries: within 24–48 hours
  • Critical issues (for supported clients): prioritized handling

What’s Not Included

Unless part of a maintenance agreement:

  • New feature development
  • Major design changes
  • Third-party software issues
  • Hosting or domain issues not managed by us
